If you really want to eliminate the feelings of fear and worrying, try to divert your mind and attention by doing something that became a hobby and preferences, such as reading, talking with friends, sports or whatever it is that makes you happy.

Try as much as possible to know why you feel scared and worried, on the basis of what you feel afraid? May be a bit difficult, but try trying to figure it out. It is important to find the right way to eliminate the worry of it.
