the way to breath.
Try the following steps :
- Pull a deep breath calmly and slowly exhale from the mouth.
- Feel the large flow of air in and out and focus the mind to it.
- Inhale, and feel the abdomen and the chest expands.
- Exhale, feel the shoulder decreases and stomach shrinks.
- Repeat breathing like this 10-15 times and thought would be more relaxed every time.

referred to music therapy. Music therapy is part of the healing methods, and

Hot tea is a favorite traditional recipes to calm
the mind and reduce stress. In addition to good health, tea can lower levels of
cortisol (a stress hormone) in the body.
Stress relaxation techniques V : Go somewhere
Many people believe that the most fun which can calm
the mind is on vacation. Yes, your vacation can be a program to reduce stress.
Plan your vacation to your favorite places with family, colleagues, business
partners etc to just refresh your mind. This method is very effective to make
you more relaxed and thus avoid much of the stress.
Stress relaxation techniques VI : Yoga exercise
Yoga is a system of training the body and its parts
using gentle movements and slow or low impact movements focusing on the
position of the body followed by a balancing breathing and meditation. Aside
from being a good body exercise for health, yoga is also beneficial for
reducing anxiety and stress as well as improve flexibility, balance, stamina
and strength of a human.

stress, yoga can strengthen the relaxation response. Spend a little time in the
morning or late afternoon to do yoga. Yoga is one of the effective ways to make
the body and mind become more relax so as to reduce the effects of stress and
prevent it.
