Try the following steps :
  1. Pull a deep breath calmly and slowly exhale from the mouth.
  2. Feel the large flow of air in and out and focus the mind to it.

  4. Exhale, feel the shoulder decreases and stomach shrinks.
  5. Repeat breathing like this 10-15 times and thought  would be more relaxed every time.
