There are some tips and ways to relieve stress for pregnant women. Some things that can be done by pregnant women is as follows which is a part in order to prevent maternal stress are:

  • Enrich the knowledge of how to maintain the health of the mother and fetus. 

  • Take enough time to rest. avoid excessive fatigue that causes pain in the body. This could be a trigger of stress.

  • Take time to pamper yourself and make you feel happy. You can go on vacation to the beach and looking for a new atmosphere that you think is comfortable. You can also watch TV with your husband and others.

  • Getting the full support of  your husband and extended family also in the running period of nine months would contain provide meaningful value to the wife.  This can be one way in order to cope with emotional stress in pregnancy.

  • If you encounter problems, Communicate with your husband immediately or the consult a doctor sooner.

  • Create a comfort atmosphere during the pregnancy with your husband. This is the cornerstone of maintaining domestic harmony and prevent stress.
